How can I book with you?

1. Search or Contact Us: Search and browse our website. Our homepage is set up easily to figure out what you want and in case you cannot decide please send us a message. Alternatively you can contact us straight away.
2. Customize YOUR Offer: Our service agent experts will do their best to find the most suitable holiday for you.
3. Confirm & Pay: Once you decided for one holiday package we are going to send you a formal booking form which has to be filled out with your own personal information. Once sent back and the deposit or whole payment (according to the booking date, see terms and conditions) your booking is confirmed. We accept bank transfers in EUR and CHF

What currency do you accept?

We do have two bank accounts one in EUR and one in CHF and therefore we offer two prices

Am I able to see real time availability on your homepage?

Most of our partners are not able to provide us with a real time availability as they work in different system. Therefore please contact us and we will check the availability with our partner and come back to you within 48 hours.

Why should I book with Pure Surf and Yoga and not with the „spot“ directly?

We are all experts in the product we sell and know the accommodations very well so we can assure you to be able to find the best place for your wishes. Experiences surfers and Yogis will assist you and help you find your needs and requirements. Our main goal is to find the BEST holiday for you and to make YOU HAPPY.

Booking with us limits your risk tot he highest possible degree as we are an official registered company in Switzerland and are liable for all we do. While booking with us you can be sure that the location really exists and that your money will be in safe hands before starting your holiday. Further we tested the partners we offer and can assure professionalism and high service levels.

Do you guarantee the quality and standard of all trips?

We are only the agency and not the owner or operator therefore we cannot control to a 100% what you will receive as an end product. We can assure you a 100% the moment we checked the location and services oft he houses we offer they all met our high standard and service request.In case you are not happy with your holiday we can help you claiming back the money and write reviews as for example on trip advisor. As a large agency we can put quite a bit of pressure on our partner operators. We also know which owners and operators are reliable and trustworthy. Just ask our objective experts!

Do you organize group tours?

Yes, absolutely. Many of our destinations we offer are perfect for big groups, school classes or student groups

Is it possible to cancel?

Yes, you can cancel any time. Please read further in the Terms and Conditions

Is my data safe with you?

We keep your personal information in our database. It will add to your convenience for your booking. However, we guarantee that no information will be passed on to any third party, nor will we use the information you have stated in any way that you haven't agreed to.
